Each brand ships directly to you from their location.
DHL is our global shipping partner. We exclusively use their Express offering for shipping. They pick up your order from the brand and deliver it to you using their Express offering which is one of the quickest shipping options they have.
It depends on where you and the brand you are buying from are based. The table below breaks down our shipping costs along these parameters:

For all orders placed via Revstance, returns are free of charge anywhere in the world for a full refund so long as they comply with our returns policy.
For your return to be accepted, you must initiate the return process by contacting the brand via our platform within 14 days of receiving your item(s)
If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform the brand via the platform within 14 days of receipt including a photo and description of the fault.
The brand reserves the right to accept or decline the return.

Returns have to be confirmed via the platform with the brand. If the brand approves a return, then the return shipping is free of charge.
All items must be returned in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewellery boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return.
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Footwear should be returned unmarked, unworn and in the original and undamaged packaging
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, you must initiate a return and place a new order.
